Paul Eu Gene is a Software Principle Engineer at Dell EMC with over 15 years of relevant experience in the field. Paul is skilled in ECC, Symcli, TimeFinder, SRDF, PowerPath, Symmetrix Performance Manager, and creates BCVs, establishes, queries, and splits. He works with incident management, change management, and request management, and is responsible for performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of EMC SAN. He generates reports in ECC Storage Scope and configures Raid Group, LUNS, and Storage groups. He performs backup and restore using Networker and creates and configures the environments as per customer requirements like Production, Test (Performance, Functional, and System testing). Paul has experience with replication/mirroring technologies and disaster recovery development, migration, testing & implementation. At Wipro, he was responsible for troubleshooting EMC Symmetrix DMX & VMAX hardware failures, providing product-specific remote technical support to Symmetrix line of products, and EMC Live chat support to the customer base. He also conducted technical trainings, prepared RCA where some technical fault is identified, and contributed to multiple Primus Knowledge base solutions.
